Although our products are very comparable in style to the original name brands, we DO NOT represent them to be original or authentic, nor do we represent that they are exact copies. The items on this website are known as factory variants or samples. Items on this website are custom altered and come in unique colors/styles. They are not made to be exact copies of the originals and we do not represent them to be original. All products on this website are intended for novelty purposes only. Prices may subject to change without notice.
Your order will be processed within 2-3 days upon receiving your order. Shipping charges worldwide are around $15/pair. Delivery of items may take from 7-12 days. On average it takes 8-10 business days to get your product. Shipping is done via either EMS, UPS ,DHLor TNT express.
All shoes are in stock 90% of the time. In the event your shoes are not in stock, we will contact you via e-mail to see if you would like an alternate pair or a refund, so please provide the correct e-mail address when ordering.
Minor variations in colors may exist.
All sales are Final. There are no returns/exchanges allowed unless wrong shoe/size was received. Example: Ordered size 10, received size 8 (based on tags). If product is damaged during delivery you may exchange your item. All returns must be sent within 5 days upon receiving and product must be in unworn condition. Return Shipping fees are only refundable if a mistake was made on our part. If no mistake was made by us, buyer must pay for their own shipping costs. Please make sure to send back all accessories and box or an exchange will be void.

All prices listed on MyShoesDepot.com or quoted by MyShoesDepot Online employees are in US Currency. Customers may not change style/size once order is processed, nor can MyShoesDepot guarantee that any amendment to the customer´s order form will be processed accordingly.
MyShoesDepot.com is not responsible for any packages held by customs in your country (very rare case).
